Next Steps for Adoption

The ultimate goal of sharing the stories of children in The Heart Gallery is to find their forever family. We coordinate and refer to various agencies and organizations to help you take your next step toward adoption.  We've compiled a few resources below to help you on your way a successful adoption.

Resources for the Adoption Process

At Hope 1312 Collective, our goal for the Heart Gallery Kids is to find their forever home. In order to do that we help match families with children and the organizations that can best help them navigate the ins and outs of the adoption process. Below you'll find links to various websites that can help answer any questions you may have. We suggest starting with the Division of Family Services (DFCS) website and then some of the addition information and training resources.

Lutheran Service of GA

All God’s Children was incorporated in 1997 in an effort to provide more adoption opportunities for the children who wait.  All God’s Children is committed to preparing families for the challenges of adopting and fostering, matching families with waiting children and supporting families after a child is placed in the home

Families First

Families First works to improve outcomes for children, youth, individuals and families at every stage of life by providing them with mental health support, coaching, early education, parenting skills, and supportive housing via prevention and intervention techniques that help strengthen families, as well as build resiliency, no matter what challenges they may be facing.
